"But to Jonah this seemed very wrong, and he became angry. He prayed to the LORD" (Jonah 4,1-2)
Jonah's prayer to God and his saying, "For the good of my death from my life" raises thoughts about faith and prayer. - First, I do not agree with Jonah. My experience is clear - my life is better than death - Everyone wants to live. Very much want to live; Despite suffering, my life is better than death.
The vicissitudes of fate that have passed us have brought me to the realization that both, faith and prayer strengthen man and necessary for victory. A prayer we carried in our hearts for a complete recovery and prayers full of intent carried by all our loved ones, our cherished and deserving devotees, who mention Nadav's name every day in prayer with the intention of the heart - thus strengthening and encouraging him and us.
"וַיֵּרַע אֶל-יוֹנָה רָעָה גְדוֹלָה וַיִּחַר לוֹ וַיִּתְפַּלֵּל אֶל-יְהוָה" (יונה ד' 1-2)
תפילתו של יונה אל האלוהים ואמירתו "כי טוב מותי מחיי" מעלה הרהורים על אמונה ותפילה.
ראשית, איני מסכימה עם יונה. מנסיוני, טוב חיי ממותי.
כל אדם רוצה לחיות. רוצה מאוד לחיות; על אף הסבל – טוב חיי ממותי.
תהפוכות הגורל שעברו עלינו הביאו אותי להכרה כי האמונה והתפילה שתיהן מחזקות את האדם והכרחיות לנצחון. תפילה שנשאנו בליבנו להחלמה מלאה ותפילות מלאות כוונה שנשאו ונושאים כל אוהבינו, מוקירינו ודורשי טובתנו המזכירים את שמו של נדב יום יום בתפילה מתוך כוונת הלב – ובכך מחזקים ומעודדים אותו ואותנו.
